Officeless Code Intelligence for macOS

Install the menu bar bridge that exposes Apple Intelligence on localhost port 8765. Required before VS Code or terminal chat.

Step 1 — Download

Click Download DMG above. The file is signed, notarized, and served from the release API.

Step 2 — Install

Open the DMG and drag Officeless Code Intelligence into Applications.
Launch the app from Applications. It runs as a menu bar agent (no Dock icon).
If Gatekeeper blocks the app, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.

Step 3 — Verify the bridge

Confirm the menu bar icon appears and shows Apple Intelligence as the active provider.
Run a health check:
